Long-Term Client Partnership: Client-Executive
DLGL believes in long term client relationships and this is fostered by the assignment of a Client Executive (CE) for each client. The CE is a senior DLGL employee, empowered to carryout all tasks in relation to effectively supporting his/her client. The CE will be involved in all stages of the project from development & implementation to on-going support. The CE, along with his/her support team, will develop an intimate understanding of their client’s business and specifically on how VIP supports it, now and into the future. Subject Matter Experts reviewing VIP in detail, is performed before
any contract is signed. The deliverable – a comprehensive report and implementation
plan allowing the client to make a truly informed decision before committing
to a contract.

will receive extensive support in relation to the implementation of the
software and the conversion of legacy data. No 3rd parties are required.
